Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Realz Casino ("we", "us", "our") collects, holds, uses, and discloses personal information about you when you visit our website, create an account, place wagers, contact our support team, or interact with our marketing communications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information that is reasonably necessary for the activities listed below. We do not collect data for vague "future analytics" purposes.


Identity and verification data: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and a confirmation that the payment method belongs to you. Required by AML/CTF Act obligations and our gambling licence conditions.


Account and transactional data: username, hashed password, deposit and withdrawal records, wager and game history, bonus claims, communication logs with support, and balance ledger.

4. Data Security

We use TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit, encrypted-at-rest storage for production databases, and segregated access controls based on the principle of least privilege. Passwords are stored hashed and salted; they are never visible to staff in plaintext.


No system is perfectly secure. If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to you, we will notify you and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner in accordance with the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

5. Retention Periods

We do not keep your personal information indefinitely. Specific retention windows by data category:

  • Account and KYC documents: seven years after account closure (AML/CTF Act requirement).

  • Transactional and wager records: seven years after the transaction (taxation and AML).

  • Support and complaint correspondence: five years after resolution.

  • Marketing preferences and opt-out history: retained until you request deletion.

  • Technical session logs: ninety days, then aggregated to non-identifiable form.

After the relevant period, data is securely destroyed or de-identified.

6. Your Rights Under the APPs

You have the right, under the Australian Privacy Principles, to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you (APP 12).

  • Correct personal information that is inaccurate, out-of-date, incomplete, or misleading (APP 13).

  • Lodge a complaint about how we have handled your personal information.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au or by calling 1300 363 992.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for three purposes: keeping you logged in across pages, remembering your language and preferences, and measuring anonymised site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies that follow you across other websites.


You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the casino — including login persistence and game state — will not work without them.

8. Children
